For next week:
Remember there will several coupon holders. Only one person cashed in their coupon from last week so there should be double the number of customers out there with coupons. All deductions from the coupons will need to be documented on the guest checks. The promotion is as follows: with the coupon if one spends $10 they get 10% off their total purchase; bring a friend who additionally spends $10 and the coupon holder gets 15% off their total purchase (i.e. both the coupon holder and the friend have to spend $10 each). Coupons are only redeemable the week after they've received them. Anyone who spends over $10 gets a coupon.

Receipts:

In general,the receipt-revenue difference from our actual revenue total was ~$2. Much improved from last week's discrepancy of $15! Please keep this up and continue making writing up a receipt for each customer a habitual practice
